First, we make aluminum extrusions, cut to length, stamping to get the shape we want, bend to get arcs, deburr all sharp edges. Then the critical step come, it is argon arc welding. We are equipped with 10 welding machines and our welding operators are certified. The welded ramps can bear over 1500lbs load. The weld points looks nice and smooth.
