What is powder coating on aluminum products? First step is to pretreat aluminum products with chemicals to degrease, remove rusts and dusts, and importantly to generate a protective film by trivalent chromium, which will strengthen adhesion of powder film. The second step is to attach the powder to the surface of aluminum products evenly via Electrostatic adsorption, then pass them through a furnace under regulated temperature to get the powder melted and tightly attached to aluminum product.
