Aluminum drawn tube is very useful to get even wall thickness and better roundness. Thickness and diameter tolerance can be +/-0.06mm. Drawn tubes usually are used for automobile, air conditioner and other industries need precise dimensions. Aluminum drawn tubes are widely used in various industries due to their light weight, corrosion resistance and high strength-to-weight ratio. These tubes are often used in applications such as automotive components, aerospace structures and heat exchangers. However, the manufacturing process of aluminum drawn tubes often leaves burrs and sharp edges on the surface, which can affect the performance and safety of the final product. Therefore, deburring and stamping are essential processes to ensure the quality and functionality of aluminum drawn tubes. How to pack 12meter long aluminum profile
The use of a crane during the packaging process can greatly simplify the handling of 12 meter long aluminum profiles. By using a crane, these long profiles can be precisely lifted and maneuvered so that they can be safely and efficiently loaded into containers or trucks for transportation. This not only reduces the risk of damage to the profiles, but also minimizes the physical strain on workers during the packaging process. If workers lift and move the 12meter long heavy aluminum extrusions, a lot of labor are needed. So crane save a lot of labors and avoid the risks during packing process.
Aluminum alloy melting furnance
This is 15tonnage furnace. Pure aluminum (aluminum ingot), Magnesium, silicon and other ingredients into it and melt them to make aluminum alloy billets.(The method of obtaining products directly through hot-top casting after the material is melted at high temperature.
