    Our technical director of extruding has over 30years of experience, and he worked as workers for years and then became the director, which allows him to solve all kinds of technical issues. Our director for machining also has over 25years experience, and he has good understanding on tooling, stamping, welding, precise machining. The supervisor of R&D also has more than 20years of experience in aluminum products.

    Testing center

    Our testing center have chemical analysis, precise substance weight checking, solution density monitoring, alloy composition analysis, extrusion physical properties testing, crystal analysis of alloy, coarseness testing, RoHs analyzing, salt spray test, coating thickness checking, section dimension scanning are all handled in testing center of our factory.

    10 Metallurg microscropes0y

    Metallurg microscrope: Metallography microscope analyzes, studies, and characterizes the microstructure, low magnification structure, and fracture surface structure of materials. It includes imaging and qualitative/quantitative characterization of material microstructures, as well as necessary sample preparation, and sampling methods. It mainly reflects and characterizes the number, morphology, size, distribution, orientation, spatial arrangement, etc. of the phase and microstructure composition, grains (including possible sub-grains), non-metallic inclusions, and even certain crystal defects (such as dislocations) that make up the material.

    11 Terminal cross-section analyzer4ta

    Terminal cross-section analyzer: The metallographic polishing machine consists of a base, polishing disc, polishing fabric, polishing cover, and lid. The motor is fixed on the base, and the cone sleeve used to fix the polishing disc is connected to the motor shaft through screws. The polishing fabric is fastened to the polishing disc through a sleeve, and the motor is powered on by a switch on the base. In operation, pressure can be applied to the sample by hand to polish it on the rotating polishing disc. The polishing solution(chemical) added during the polishing process can flow into the square disc placed next to the polishing machine through the drainage pipe in the plastic disc. Covers can prevent dust and other foreigns from falling onto the polishing fabric when the machine is not in use.

    12 Spectrum scannerbmp

    Spectrum scanner: Different elements have different spectrum, with this nature, spectrum scanner can check the alloy composition per AA standard. Spectral analysis is the process of identifying the presence of elements based on their characteristic spectra, and the intensity of these spectral lines is related to the content of the element in the sample. Therefore, the intensity of these spectral lines can be used to determine the content of the element.

    Projective instrument: For profile section dimensions, caliper is not enough to check all dimensions, projector can scan the section to obtain all dimensions. This machine is very useful to check section with complicate shape. Simply, we have experience to scan a drawing by a copy machine, then we can imagine to use a very precise machine to scan the section of extrusions. Automatic recognition technology can automatically correspond the set measurement position with the actual recorded position, and at the same time, each measurement instruction runs independently within the system. Therefore, fast and reliable size detection is guaranteed.

    14 Mechanical property testergbl

    Mechanical property tester: It’s a special machine to check the physical properties of extrusions, main parameters to be checked are yield strength, tensile strength, elongation. Per relative regulations of required standard by clients, we milling the extrusions to get requested shape(different extrusions have different requirements, for example, shaped profiles, solid rod, tubes require different sample with different shape for testing), we call it sample for testing and then the testing machine pulls the sample until the sample breaks. The computer connected with the testing machine will show the data obtained by the testing.

    Strain relief testing machine: Insert a tool into the tube end to see the tube breakage and record the force applied on the tube end. It is a machine to check the strength of the tube. Some clients need the tube to be very strong to reach their special strength requirements. For example, if the tube is a mop handle, the tube will be inserted to a connector(usually a plastic part). In this case, if the tube is very soft, the tube will be easily deform while the mop is exerted with a big force, the function of the handle fails. Therefore, the control on the strength of the tube will be critical. Strain relief testing machine is used to fulfill such a testing task.

    16 RoHS testerysl

    RoHS apparatus: Check if there are harmful substances in the alloy per EU’s RoHS regulations. Per RoHS, Content of Cadmium, Hydrargyrum, Plubum,Chromium VI,PBB,PBDEs need to be under requested level.The principle is to use X-rays to detect the content of elements specified in the ROHS standard, including: lead less than 1000ppm, mercury less than 1000ppm, cadmium less than 100ppm, hexavalent chromium less than 1000ppm, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) less than 1000ppm, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) less than 1000ppm.

    17 Salt spray testerbar

    Salt spray tester: The salt spray testing machine assesses the ability of materials and their protective layers to resist salt spray corrosion, compares the process quality of similar protective layers, and can also evaluate the resistance of certain products to salt spray corrosion; This product is used for protective layers of components, electronic components, metal materials, and salt spray corrosion testing of industrial products. Mainly simulating the destructive effects of climate around the ocean on products, suitable for industrial products such as galvanizing, coating, electronics and electronics, zippers and buttons.
