Alloy Melting Furnace
This is 15tonnage furnace. Put pure aluminum(aluminum ingot), Magnesium, silicon and other ingredients into it and melt them to make aluminum alloy billets.(The method of obtaining products directly through hot-top casting after the material is melted at high temperature. It is usually melted in a melting furnace, then poured into a high-temperature resistant mold, and then cooled, crystallized, homogenized, or cut into products. In production, it is mainly achieved through stirring, refining, slag removal, impurity removal, control of melting temperature and cooling conditions to ensure high production efficiency, crystallization compliance with requirements, and formation of network structure.)

Mold Building Workshop
The workshop for building extrusion dies. Equipped with full set of machining & heat treatment machines: Hass brand polishing machine, Brother brand WEDM-LS, AccuteX brand EDM, 5-axis CNC, 3-axis CNC, Germany heat treatment system, etc.The difficulty of building extrusion molds is high, requiring the use of high-precision processing equipment and technology. The main processing procedures include turning, milling, drilling, grinding, wire cutting, etc., with high requirements for processing accuracy. Due to the large volume of molds, every procedure has a significant impact on the manufacturing process of extrusion molds, requiring precise handling by operators to ensure the accuracy of each step.

Extruding Line
It changes alloy billets into extrusion profiles. The principle of extruding aluminum profiles is to utilize the plasticity of the metal material, apply pressure after heating to get the aluminum alloy through the mold to obtain the desired profile. The principle of extruding aluminum profiles can be simply summarized as: thermal expansion and contraction, and metal rheology. Thermal expansion and contraction refer to the expansion of metal materials due to temperature increasement during heating, and contraction during cooling. During the extrusion process, the metal material is subjected to pressure and flows into the mold and then comes out of the exist of the mold. To change the mold’s exit with different shape, we can get extrusion profiles with different shape.

CNC machining center
We have 4axis and 2axis CNC machines, can handle extrusions with max 6.5meter length. CNC stands for Digital Control Machine Tool, which is an automated machine tool equipped with a program control system. This control system is capable of logically processing programs with control codes or other symbolic instructions, decoding them, representing them in coded numbers, and inputting them into numerical control devices. After calculation and processing, control signals are sent out by the numerical control device to control the action of the machine tool, and automatically process the parts according to the shape and size required by the drawing. CNCmachines effectively solves complex, precise, small batch, and multi variety part processing problems. They are a flexible and efficient automated machine tool that represents the development direction of modern machine tool control technology.

Production flow
It‘s a way to improve production efficiency to organize punching machines, drilling machines here to get a flow line. Fixed production of one or a few products (parts) on the flow line, with a continuous production process; The various workstations on the flow line are arranged in the order of the producing procedures. Each workplace only completes one or a few fixed procedures with a high level specialization; The flow line produces according to a unified rhythm (the so-called rhythm refers to the time interval between the production of two identical products on the flow line.

Stamping machine
It’s a forming and processing method that uses a press and mold to apply external force to sheets, strips, pipes, and profiles, causing them to undergo plastic deformation or separation, in order to obtain the desired shape and size of the workpiece (stamped part). The stamping blanks are mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plates and strips or other metal parts. The body, chassis, fuel tank, radiator fins of automobiles, steam drum of boilers, shell of containers, iron core and silicon steel sheets of motors and electrical appliances are all stamped and processed. There are also a large number of stamped parts in products such as instruments, household appliances, bicycles, office machinery, and household utensils.

Tube drawing machine
If the tube needs to be very round with even wall thickness, drawing process will be useful. In operation, we firstly extrude a bigger diameter tube with bigger thickness, then contract one end of the tube(to get the diameter of this end to be smallest like a solid bar), insert a male mold into the tube from the left open end(the male mold control the inner diameter of tube after drawing process), get the contracted tube end through a female mold( like a ring, which control the out diameter of tube after drawing process), the machine will pull the whole tube through the male mold, finally a machines will several rows of rollers to straighten the drawn tube, now we can get a tube with smaller diameter and much even thickness.

Profile bending machine
Use special machines and tools imitating the configuration of shaped profiles, we can bend the profiles to desired shape with wanted radius. For example, we can bend the frames of self-walking luggage driven by electricity. This kind of luggage now is very popular fashionable in the market. (Bending technology is a forming method that bends sheet metal, bar metal, pipe metal, or profiles into certain shapes and angles of parts. There are many shapes of bent parts, such as V-shaped parts, U-shaped parts, cap shaped parts, circular arc shaped parts, etc. These parts can be bent by molds on a press machine, or bent or rolled by a specialized bending machine.)
Argon arc welding machine
We are equipped with 10 sets of welding machines.Argon arc welding technology is a welding technique based on the principle of ordinary arc welding, which uses argon gas to protect the metal welding material. Through high current, the welding material melts into a liquid state on the welded substrate to form a molten pool, achieving metallurgical bonding between the welded metal and the welding material. Due to the continuous supply of argon gas in high-temperature fusion welding, the welding material cannot come into contact with oxygen in the air, thus preventing oxidation of the welding material. Therefore, stainless steel and iron hardware metals can be welded.
Sand blasting machine
Sand blasting machine mainly consists of bead (small steel ball) blasting equipment, bead circulation system, workpiece conveying system, dust removing system, etc. In operation, the sandblasting machine shoots steel beads at high speed onto the surface of the workpiece. The impact of the beads can remove oxide scale, rust, and welding slag from the surface of the workpiece. It can also generate compressive stress on the surface of the workpiece, improving its fatigue strength and corrosion resistance. Simply, sand blasting will remove die lines, slight scratches on surfaces of profiles and make the appearance of workpiece very nice. Sandblasting plus anodizing will create very high-end and good looking surfaces. After impacting the workpiece, the beads will bounce back to the bottom of the bead blasting machine and be transported back to the shot blasting machine through the bead circulation system for recycling.
14m anodizing line
Consists of a lot of tanks with chemical solutions(liquid), hanging system, power supply system and other units. The process of using acids and alkali to erode the surface of extrusions to remove die lines and even change the color of extrusions by colorants or staining material under certain voltage of power is described as anodizing. Anodizing is one of surface treatments.In order to overcome the defects of surface hardness and wear resistance of aluminum, expand their application scope, and extend their service life, surface treatment technology has become an indispensable part of aluminum alloy, and anodizing technology is the most widely used and successful surface treatment solution.

Powder coating line
It’s one method of surface treatments. Powercoatingline utilizes the principle of high-voltage electrostatic corona electric field. The metal guide cup on spray gun is connected tohigh-voltage negative electrode, and workpiece to be coated is grounded to form a positive electrode, creating a strong electrostatic field between spray gun and workpiece. When the carrier gas (compressed air) delivers the powder from the barrel to the guide cup of spray gun through the powder conveying pipe, the guide cup is connected to the high-voltage negative electrode to generate corona discharge, which generates dense charges around it. The powder carries negative charges, and under the action of electrostatic force and compressed air, the powder is uniformly adsorbed on the workpiece. After heating, the powder melts and solidifies into a uniform, flat, and smooth coating film.
