With over 30years of experience of OEM/ODM, we know how to meet client’s and market’s demands excellently. “Customer first, quality first” is the principle for us to provide service to all clients. For OEM, we strictly operate per relative company regulations and international rules to avoid mistakes in the procedures of making samples, pilot run and mass production. For ODM, usually starting from a rough conception and function definitions from client or marketing offices, then our R&D team will discuss and make 3D drawing and ask clients to review digital 3D model, if both parties agree with 3D model, then build prototype samples by CNC or other machining methods for approval or market test. We always have good consideration on nice product appearance and lower production costs. Typically, we successfully developed brackets for hanging cables on bridge and tunnel for metro line and high-speed railway and ramps for wheel chairs and ATV ramps… Till now, we were awarded with patents for some products.

OEM PROCESS

Step 1:

Client provide drawings or samples to us

Step 2:

Our R&D team and sales department go though the drawings or samples or new product conception to know the function of the products, material type, quality requirements, surface treatment, packing solution, possible order volume, etc. If necessary, sales communicate with clients for more information about the product. Evaluation on the products need to be as detailed as possible.

step 3:

Quote price to client per relative technical, quality criteria, quantity,packing requirements.

step 4:

Client confirms our quote for new products.

step 5:

Our R&D team make counter drawings with detailed tolerances and other technical requirements for client’s approval.

step 6:

Make samples and send to client for approval and collect client’s feedback on the appearance, color, dimension and other special reminders for future mass production.

step 7:

Run pilot production per client’s order to find if there is some technical or workmanship issues to affect quality of product and make improvements.

step 8:

Put client’s order into mass production and fulfill quality control procedures.

step 9:

Perform final inspection before delivery.

ODM PROCESS

step 1:

Clients give us their conception on a new product or a draft drawing for it.

step 2:

Our R&D team and sales department go though the drawings or samples or new product conception to know the function of the products, material type, quality requirements, surface treatment, packing solution, possible order volume, etc. If necessary, sales communicate with clients for more information about the product. Evaluation on the products need to be as detailed as possible.

step 3:

we give rough costs prediction on the products or project.

step 4:

Client checks out quotation on developing the new products or project and accept.

step 5:

Our R&D team make 3D drawing first for client’s review to check if our understanding on the product is correct or not.

step 6:

Make formal quotation on the product or project to client.

step 7:

Client approves our quotation and delelopment costs.

step 8:

Make prototype samples for client to check if the design of product is reasonable and meet the expected purposes.

step 9:

After client approve the prototype samples, start mass production. The rest steps are quality control, final inspection and delivery.
