    Product Feature

    ● Excellent Thermal Conductivity (6063-T5 Alloy)
    6063 aluminum has high thermal conductivity (~200–220 W/m·K), efficiently transferring heat away from amplifier components (transistors, transformers, etc.).

    ●Increased Surface Area for Heat Dissipation
    The cover is designed with fins or ribbed structures — 6063-T5 is highly extrudable, allowing complex, thin-walled fin geometries for maximum surface area.

    ●Sandblasting Improves Thermal Performance & Finish
    Sandblasting creates a micro-rough surface, which slightly increases the effective surface area for heat exchange with air.

    ● Red Anodizing Provides a Hard, Protective Layer
    Anodizing converts the aluminum surface into a durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum oxide layer.Corrosion resistance: Protects against humidity, sweat, or accidental liquid spills — common in live sound or workshop environments.

    ● Visual & Branding Advantages
    Red color is often associated with high-performance, pro-audio, or boutique amplifier brands (e.g., McIntosh, Roksan, many tube amps).

    ● Lightweight Yet Rigid
    6063-T5 offers good strength (yield ~145–190 MPa) for its weight — much lighter than steel or copper heatsinks.
    Reduces overall amplifier weight without compromising structural integrity for rack mounting or portable use.
