Use: Aluminum roof rack support for car or canopy, to fix roof rails or roof rack to the top of canopy shell
Material: Aluminum alloy 6063-T5 per AA standard, other aluminum alloy is also available

Packaging: Each pcs wrapped by PE foam sheet, put the studs sides face to face, put 3 foam blocks inside, two pcs as one set put into box, then packed with pallet, customized packing is also available
Production Leading Time: For items per customer’s specification, mold developing and sample confirmation is 12-15 days, production leading time is 15-20 days after sample confirmed

● Round shape body and advanced CNC machining process make the ends and corners of the rack round, which remove sharp edge and reduce the wind resistance and create good looking. Black texture powder coating enhances corrosion resistance and improve the level of the rack. Precise hole location facilitate installment onto the top of the canopy shell;
● The aluminum roof rack is attached to the top of the car or canopy shell, the studs will go through the roof rails and holes on canopy shell, roof bow will across the hat bracket clamps which will fix to the shell with screws;
