Material: Aluminum alloy 6063-T5 per AA standard, other aluminum alloy are also available.

Processing: Alloy melting-Extruding-cutting- anodize-appearance checking and packing.
OEM/ODM: per customer’s requirements. We can develop new products together.
Surface Treatment: Natural anodize, Sand blasting and satin anodize or black anodize or powder coating (UV proof and bear 500hours salt spray test)
Packaging: Each pc in polybag (both ends sealed), 30 pcs into carton, then packed with pallet, customized packing is also available.
Production Leading Time: For items per customer’s specification, mold developing and sample confirmation is 12-15 days, production leading time is 15-20 days after sample confirmed.
MOQ: 1000 meters.
Supply Ability: 150000 pcs per Month.
Payment Terms: 30% deposit before production, the balance paid before loading.
